They made it stress free. Especially for a destination wedding. You can't go wrong with hiring their team. They had so many great ideas and additions we didn't think of. We were able to go do a food tasting and loved meeting them in person a couple months before the wedding. They were also able to provide a lot of extras that were free to use. We had table settings, a place to put our seating chart, and individual table card holders to use. All these options at any other venue would not be free. We can't thank them enough for all they did to make our day the most special for us. Overall, we are extremely pleased to have planned our Ravello wedding with Wagner Tours. Review from Chloe and James : Dream Wedding, Perfect wedding planners!! Dream wedding!! It’s hard to know where to start. All we can say is if you’re thinking about getting married in Italy look no further than Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano. Nothing was too much; day and night they both would answer questions, reply to emails and would always go the extra mile. Leading up to the wedding, we had issues with our hotel (we booked this ourselves) and Mario sorted all this out for us, contacting places to sort out our stay, even when this wasn’t booked via himself. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay and our day was perfect. Booking a wedding so far away was totally stress free, we never doubted or worried about anything regarding the wedding and we were right not to. The whole day was perfection. The gardens where we got married were totally magical and absolutely stunning. Guests couldn’t believe their eyes and neither could we. It was like something from the movies and pictures just don’t do it justice. The music at the ceremony was perfect and the guitar and mandolin added to the perfect Italian feel. The drinks in the square were beautiful and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful square in Ravello. When we entered Villa Eva all we could hear from our guests were WOW! It was picture perfect and absolutely stunning. The views were incredible and we had many guests say they have never seen anything like it. The canopies and drinks were fabulous looking over the Amalfi Coast. The food was never ending and absolutely delicious, there was so much of it!! The DJ who we hired through Mario was great and we loved the added touch of doing our first dance under the lights outside. Enrico Capuano, the photographer listened to all our requests regarding our photos and we can’t wait to see them! Throughout the whole day Mario and Annamaria were on hand to make sure everything went like clockwork. They always listened, helped and made our day totally perfect. We had the most perfect wedding day, with huge thanks to Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano. We knew we wanted to marry in Italy, on the Amalfi coast but had no idea how to go about organising the most important and special day of our lives.Luckily for us, we came across Wagner Tours (Mario and Annamaria). From the first email, Mario understood exactly what we wanted to achieve and made it so easy to set up our dream wedding. They replied to emails promptly and nothing was too much trouble. In fact, every detail of the day was unbelievably perfect, they listened to everything we said and captured exactly what we envisaged. From the town hall gardens, to toasting in the square and the reception at Da Salvatore restaurant (where the food and service was outstanding). Mario and Annamaria are experienced and excellent at what they do, everything runs like a well oiled machine. They are lovely people and laid back with a good sense of humour (which was really appreciated by a nervous bride and groom on the wedding morning). I honestly can’t thank them enough for making our day so brilliant. We have made memories that will last a lifetime. What could have been a big risk, marrying in a country we’d never visited and leaving our big day in the hands of people we’d never met turned out to be the best decision we ever made. Stress free planning meant we could really take it all in and enjoy everything. Better still, four days after arriving home, our amazing photographer Enrico Capuano, sent our wedding photos through. They are out of this world! Enrico speaks good English and was fantastic throughout the whole day, he was laid back and knows how to capture the most natural and beautiful shots. He is also more than happy to take any shots that you ask for (including ones of a squirming toddler in her mummy’s 4” heel wedding shoes!) Review from Beth and Jamie : So much more than we could have hoped for Wagner Tours is the whole reason we chose to marry in Ravello. We knew we wanted to marry in Italy but Mario Capuano, Annamaria Staiano and their team made our decision as to where incredibly easy. From the very first email they made everything so easy, simple and exciting for us and were always on hand for any questions we had no matter how big or small. Ravello was simply perfect, the most beautiful place we have ever been. The setting has made for the most amazing photographs which were captured so beautifully by our photographer, Enrico Capuano who made us feel at ease alongside videographer Pier Canta. They were so professional we hardly knew they were there but the moments they have captured are priceless. Adele and Andrea (make-up and hair) made getting ready so easy and made me, my mum and bridesmaid look and feel so special. We are still searching for words to describe the food we had at Da Salvatore and it is something that people are still talking about three weeks on. We could not have asked for more from our wedding day, it was perfect in every way thanks to the fantastic efforts by Mario and all at Wagner Tours.

“Most magical wedding” by Chris and Katie. Mario, Annamaria and Enrico, we would like to thank you so so much for organising our special day for us!! We knew it would be amazing but we were blown away by how beautiful the venue looked! Walking in and being greeted by a gentleman in a bow tie with welcome drinks, band playing and guests in awe of the view was great. The candles and fairy lights in the beautiful tree canopies were absolutely stunning! Our guests were stunned at how beautiful the venue was they felt they had stepped into a film and my father said he had tears he had never seen somewhere so beautiful. The service was incredible! The waiters were so professional and efficient and the whole night was so organised! I trusted your organisation but it was even more than I expected, we didn't have to worry about a single thing the entire night and were able to relax and enjoy our time with our friends. I had very particular requests and asked lots of questions and you were always very patient with me! You are brilliant at your job and we can't thank you enough for everything you did for us!!

Our 'Perfect' Wedding Day 6th July ..The only way I can describe our Wedding day was ‘Perfect’... After getting engaged last Summer we initially looked at venue’s in Scotland to have the big fairy tale wedding. However looking at venue’s we didn’t see any that gave us the ‘wow’ factor. It wasn’t until my Fiancé suggested going to Italy to get married. We had never been before but all the same were both keen to go at some point. We both love Prosecco, pasta and pizza so it seemed ideal. Looking for an actual place to go was the hard part and we did lots of research and came across the Amalfi Coast. I emailed several Wedding Planners within the region and the prompt response I received from Mario sold it for us. He was very clear with what they offered as part of their service. We were sent a lot of information but it covered everything from what we needed to do in the UK beforehand – a step by step guide. We choose Wagner Tours as our Wedding Planner and from the 1st day Mario and Annamaria were on hand with any questions and issues we had. I couldn’t fault their communication with us it really was 1st class. If we sent an email asking questions we would have the response the same day, they really did re-assure us with every part of planning our Wedding. It also took so much stress from ourselves being back in the UK knowing we had let Mario and his Team plan our Wedding Day. When we arrived at Ravello we were both blown away by how beautiful it actually was. The scenery from every part of Ravello was out of this world, the pictures that you see on the internet don’t do it justice. Our 1st day on arriving we meet with Mario and Annamaria which was lovely to finally put a face to a name. We went through what was going to happen during the day and discussed timings. The way that they have things in order is 1st class, everything is so well organised. At not one point did we feel stressed as we knew everything was being taken care of by Mario and Annamaria and the Team. This meant we could enjoy the run up to the Wedding with our guests and relax in the glorious weather. I don’t think this would happen if you got married in the UK. We had a Pizza Party the night before the Wedding so all our guests could come together and meet. The evening was fantastic, the views overlooking the Amalfi Coast from the restaurant are breath taking. It was a ‘Perfect’ start to the Wedding celebrations. The day of the Wedding came and from the moment we started to get ready to the end of the evening again it was ‘Perfect’. I could go on and on but there wasn’t anything to fault about the day. Our makeup artist Adele did a fantastic job for myself and Maid of Honour. Andrea the hairdresser was brilliant, he did all our hair including some members of my family. Villa Eva itself where we had the Reception was ‘Perfect’. You’ll notice I keep saying ‘Perfect’ but it’s the only way to describe the whole day and Ravello itself. The food was AMAZING, so much food that you would of not left hungry. We danced the night away until 4am which back in the UK would be unheard of. It was actually a sad moment when it all ended. Lastly though we have just received our photographs and we are both totally blown away. I felt very emotional going through them and re-living the day again. Enrico Capuano our photographer has captured our day in such a special way, he’s captured pictures that are full of happiness and has given us a memory for a lifetime, we really can’t thank him enough. Our Perfect Wedding! If you are thinking of booking Mario and the team, you won't regret it! After experiencing the team first hand it is easy to see why they have so many 5star reviews. We booked our perfect wedding without visiting Ravello until 3 days before the big day on 12th August 2017. The whole process was seamless and could not have been possible without Wagner tours. Mario would email us back at all hours of the day, 7days a week, it is as though Mario never sleeps! We had a symbolic ceremony and reception at Villa Eva. Villa Eva is beautiful. The backdrop to our ceremony was perfect, lush green Ravello hills, beautiful blue sea and blue sky. Both Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano are amazing, we could not fault them. They went above and beyond what would be expected to make our day perfect. Enrico Capuano, the photographer was with me (the bride). I can be very awkward in front of the camera but he listened to everything I said and made me feel at ease throughout the day. He managed to truly capture our joy on the day. He also edited our photos to perfection. All the photographers and videographers were so professional. I don’t know how they managed to capture the photos that they did as they were behind the scenes throught the day. We barely noticed they were there. Our wedding day video is perfect. Pier Canta did such a great job capturing our happy day, and the edits he did were exactly what we asked for. Gianni Coppola (our other photographer) got perfect action shots of all the guests, really capturing all our emotions. All of the photos and videos we’ve got back are so professional and there are so many of them to savour for a lifetime. Hair: Gerardo did my hair and my 6 bridesmaids with the help of two assistants. We all looked exactly as the requested pintrest styles, if not better! Adele did my makeup for the day. I do not usually wear makeup and was very anxious about what I would look like. As I arrived in Ravello only 3 days before my wedding it didn’t leave me with much time. Despite this, my makeup and hair were exactly what I asked for! Food: It was almost impossible to decide with all the amazing choices! We had two menus and both of them were delicious. The service was impeccable, we were really impressed with how they managed timings, given our speeches overran slightly! The lead up to the wedding and the wedding day were stress free. Everyone kept saying how calm we were and that is thanks to the wagner team. We did all of our communications via email, whether selecting menu choices, photographer, music flowers etc. Mario would just give you a reminder when you need to focus on the next part of the wedding which made it so manageable. We also added our own personal touches to the day, (such as lawn games and wedding stationary) which we were able to send directly to the Wagner office to avoid taking too much in the suitcase! That was so helpful! We booked Paola the caricaturist on recommendation of Wagner Tours and she was absolutely brilliant! Everyone loved our caricature gift “from the bride and groom” so special thanks to her for managing to draw so many people and putting smiles on faces! Having also had an event back in London, we can honestly say, the service and care from the Wagner Tours team truly surpassed all of our expectations. They provide an exceptional service that can’t compare to any other events planners we previously had.

Family wedding in Ravello Myself and Niamh could not recommend Mario and his team more! We were just so happy with the way our wedding turned out.(and all planned in about 6 weeks!!! ) From the very first contact to the day of our wedding, everything was perfect. “Best decision we ever made!” by Stewart and Haley Where to begin! We have so much to thank the team from Wagner Tours for, they provided us with the most perfect wedding day imaginable. Led by Mario Capuano, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. When my wife first contacted Mario, we were instantly put at ease by the quick responses and the fact that Mario asked for the most important thing first, the documentation required to legally get married in Italy. Any query from us or our wedding party was quickly responded to and dealt with. As soon as we arrived in Ravello our driver Antonio was there to greet us and provided a very informative drive to Ravello, pointing out interesting landmarks on the way. Now in Ravello, we popped into the Wagner Tours office to officially introduce ourselves to Mario and Annamaria Staiano, and what a lady she is! She is one of the most welcoming, genuine people you could ever wish to meet. As soon as we had a discussion with both Mario and Annamaria we knew our big day was in safe hands. Any worries we had were put to rest straight away and this allowed us to enjoy our time before the wedding. Mario met with us on the Thursday and walked us through where the wedding and reception would take place. My wife was also able to book hair, make-up, nails, flowers, favours and our wedding cake with a minimum of fuss and was able to have hair trials before the big day. Annamaria was in contact with me throughout the week if there were any questions we may of had and even managed to book my Dad a room for the weekend at very late notice, not the easiest thing to arrange on a busy weekend! On our wedding day my wife was able to prepare in comfort with her bridesmaids thanks to the planning of Wagner Tours. Our photographers, Enrico Capuano and Gianni visited us both whilst we were getting ready, Enrico was fantastic throughout the day and we cannot wait to see the photos! I met Mario at Luigi’s bar with the rest of our guests before proceeding to the beautiful town hall gardens. The whole ceremony was like a fairytale and was wonderfully executed from start to finished. We then walked down to the square for a prosecco reception and my wife and I then went with Enrico to the Rufolo gardens to have our photos taken. Once again Enrico put us at ease and spent a great deal of care and time ensuring he got the perfect shot. We then walked with our guests to our reception at the Villa Eva, wow! Everything looked incredible and it blew us and our guests away. Enrico took us for more photos whilst our guests enjoyed the canapés and stunning views. Both Mario and Annamaria were there for the entire evening should anyone have any questions. After the group photos and the speeches it was time for the food, unbelievable! Every course was perfect and all dietary requirements were catered for without fuss. Following the cutting of the cake it was time for the first dance and the disco, and what a disco! Our whole wedding party sung to every song and the acoustics at the Villa Eva were perfect. Our guests were absolutely blown away by the whole day as were we. Special mention to Mario’s little dog Lola who was a smash hit at the wedding!! After a relaxing day on the Sunday Annamaria organised a guided tour around Pompeii and a trip to Vesuvius for us and some of our wedding party. We had a minibus for our group which included a one year old and Annamaria ensured that a baby seat was provided. The guide around Pompeii was really informative and the long climb to the top of Vesuvius was well worth it with the amazing views that greeted us at the top. The day was fantastically organised and well worth the money. We didn’t want to leave but we know we will certainly be coming back and we have made two friends for life in Mario and Annamaria, thank you both so much for making our dreams come true, it was even better than we ever could have imagined! If anyone is thinking about getting married in Ravello, use Wagner Tours, it will be the best decision you will ever make!!

Lexi and Sam .“Stunningly beautiful.......”We have just come back from the most beautiful 2 weeks in Italy for our wedding. When we first came across Ravello online, we weren't even engaged and had only seen photos but we said when the time comes it will be the place, it just looked so picturesque and being half Italian i knew i wanted to get married there . We didn't know how it would be possible but after a little searching we came across Wagner Tours and Mario Capuano. From the first email Mario was very informative, sending me lots of options and a very clear sheet with costs so that nothing was hidden or a surprise, this put us at ease straight away as weddings are the most expensive times in your lives and it was amazing we could plan and know how much we needed. We saved so hard and it was so worth it because the day was so stunning. Mario helped us plan and organise everything to perfection, making suggestions, reigning me in if I made an extravagant suggestion and was always so quick to reply to me , even though I had 1000 questions....sorry Mario :-). Someone that needs a big mention is the amazing Annamaria Staiano who as soon as we entered the office 3 weeks ago have us the biggest hug and welcome we felt so special . She is such a star and totally understood all the little details I wanted, even helping me prep some things , adding extras in that i had forgotten and always with a smile. I felt so comfortable with her and she truly is a beautiful person who really is the heart of Wagner Tours. There are no words to express what a lovely person she is. From the minute we arrived in Ravello even though there were other weddings happening she made time for us and let us pop in, or ask questions.We also have to mention Lola the dog who is an important part of the team and even was at our wedding. We would often see Lola across the piazza at night and everyone loved her. I had been following the photographer Enrico Capuano online since we got engaged , looking in awe at his work and getting excited about our day. He was so so friendly when we would chat over Facebook in the lead up and you can tell that he loves his job and is so talented, i just cant wait to see the photos. On the day he was calm and smiley and we felt comfortable, i forgot to ask for some specific shots that i wanted but im sure he has lots of beautiful ones that i didn't even realise .His work just seems to get better and better. Everything from the mouth watering food and cocktails at Villa Eva to the beautiful Violin that was playing as i walked down the aisle and the fun live music from the mandolin and guitar as we walked through the village was just beautiful. Of course as with any wedding there were a few little niggles on the day, you just want it to be perfect, but not that anyone else would of noticed. You are always mindful when you are asking people to come out and spend their hard earned money to watch you get married abroad, but everyone was blown away by Ravello, Villa Eva and the day as a whole.To hear from more than a handful of times that it was the best wedding our guests had been to was pretty amazing .Its honestly made us feel so proud to have that kind of reaction and and none of it would be possible without Wagner Tours!!

A Fairytale Wedding with "Reserved Elegance"- Well, we just got back from Ischia in the Amalfi Coast last weekend. However, we are still on Ravello time as we continue to remind each other what a wonderful experience we have had for the full year leading up to our wedding with Mario Capuano our wedding planner from Wagner Tours, Annamaria Staiano, Antonella Soma, Enrico Capuano and the rest of the team. Even though we tried to limit the amount of emails to the team recognizing that they had many couples communicating for their own weddings, we still reached approx. 220 emails-if not more. Regardless, we were never given the impression that Mario or Annamaria were too busy. They responded promptly to any questions we had along with some recommendations and/or solutions. I asked if they ever slept as they are 6 hrs ahead of our time in Canada and I was still receiving responses from Mario late at night. Celebrating our lives together could not have been more perfect. The patience, dedication, and insights of the Wagner team in Ravello are the reason for the wonderful experience we had throughout the planning stage and the celebration They made us feel confident from the very first email. When we arrived they welcomed both of us with open arms to Ravello and honestly by the time we bagan to work on some details, we felt like part of their family. I don't think we have ever felt this level of emotion, respect and appreciation for a team of professionals as we have for Mario and the rest of the team. We chose Villa Eva as the venue for our wedding. A private unique Villa with breathtaking views of the coast and beatiful manicured gardens in a perfect location of Ravello. We had decided to have the ceremony and dancing after dinner outside. Of course Mario and his team suggested that we have a contingency plan in case of rain. Well, sure enough it did rain that day and both Mario and Annamaria waited until 1/2 before the ceremony to make the change as they really wanted the sun to shine for us on our wedding day. Even though guests began to arrive, they managed to re-arrange seating, and move the ceremony indoors without much fuss and disruption to the guests. It was a special day. The view from the open doors where we had the ceremony were breathtaking. Annamaria's nack for detail tied all the elements together including our families lighting a unity candle, lavender in small cones for the guests to shower us with for good luck, signage in both Italian and English, amongst many other special touches. Because of the rain we had the reception under the Marquis. Mario, Annamaria and the Villa Eva staff arranged a seperate area that did not feel like it overlapped with the dinner area that was already set up. It was magical. Many candles, twinkle lights, lemon orchard floral runners, and 2 musicians with their mandolins greeting us as we entered the Marquis with our guests. It was a wow moment and truly felt like we were in a fairytale story. There was a feeling of reserved elegance that filled the Villa that really redefined the meaning of "chic". We have the Mario, Annamaria, and the team to thank for rolling out our vision.In addition, Enrico Capuano was incredible....a very talented young man with passion and expertise behind the lense. I feel the art of a good photographer is to get the most amazing shots, but to almost be invisible while doing. We felt Enrico did just that. He made us feel comfortable for the still shots and he was very accommodating to take photos of the individual couples, as well as many candid shots. Annamaria, provided a level of genuine support and navagated through details with a natural ease. Her level of detail was very refreshing. Her touch was everywhere throughout the wedding venue. From the photo garden to the cigar corner, to the exact positioning of the table and seating cards, favours and flavoured almond confetti. Adele and Andrea were also a great referral as they both worked on making my "look" perfect and still allowing me to look like "me" :-) ...... not an easy task for them as they are working with brides for the first time. This is an art not easily obtained. Our guests had an amazing experience thanks to the suggestions and planning of the Wagner Team in Ravello. They loved their stay at Villa Maria & Villa Giordano as well as the boat ride to Positano, and being picked up and dropped off to and from Ravello,. They truly have never been treated with such courteous and personalized service before when attending a wedding. Mario, Annamaria, and the team made this happen and we are so appreciative for all their hard work to coordinate this complex task but yet made it feel seamless for us and our guests.They truly were our family away from home and we both feel that when we return to Ravello, it will not only be to celebrate our anniversary. “The most perfect day...” by Rosanna and Steven We have just returned home from the most amazing week in Italy for our wedding. I can honestly say the whole day went perfectly and will be one we will remember for the rest of our lives. None of it would have been possible without the hard work and dedication of Mario Capuano and his team, Annamaria Staiano and Enrico Capuano.From the start, Mario was extremely helpful and gave us clear ideas of the costs involved. Mario was very quick to respond to all my emails and provided us with lots of recommendations for hair, make-up etc ( all of wish I was extremely pleased with on the day).Annamaria is so lovely! She helped to ensure the day run to plan and decorated our tables exactly how we envisaged them.Ravello itself is in the perfect backdrop for a wedding. All of our guests commented on how utterly amazing the views are. We had our reception at Villa Eva which again cannot be faulted! The food was exceptional.Enrico is an amazing photographer and from the few shots he showed us on the day, I know that our wedding photos will be stunning. The perfect wedding ! Forever grateful to Wagner Tours : Mario Capuano, Enrico Capuano, Annamaria Staiano.!!! The number one question I’ve gotten over the past month since our wedding has been “how were you able to plan a wedding in Italy from the US?!” Most of our friends are shocked that we didn’t take a separate trip to scope out the venue and meet with the various vendors beforehand. To be honest, I had some reservations about whether I could pull off an Italian wedding – site unseen, but I had my heart set on getting married on the Amalfi Coast so I was willing to take the risk! ;)I first came across Wagner Tours on Trip Advisor and was so impressed by the endless number of rave reviews that I shot an email over to them to find out what they might be able to do with our preferred dates and budget. I heard back from Mario Capuano immediately with the most organized, comprehensive, clear and transparent overview - it was so refreshing! .Mario Capuano, Annamaria Staiano and Antonella Somma are truly amazing at what they do. I will do my best to keep this review concise, but I really could go on all day about how great they are to work with. The team was true to their word and planned and oversaw every single detail of our wedding– including things I hadn’t even thought of myself. There was no request too big or too small for them to handle – they managed everything from finding hotel rooms for our guests to planning our rehearsal dinner and orchestrating every minute of our wedding day. “Eloping to Ravello with Wagner Tours wedding & weddings ” Steven and Katie . My wife and I were married in Ravello last month and I have to say things went absolutely perfectly thanks to Mario Capuano , Annamaria Stainao and Enrico Capuano.We always said that we wanted an intimate wedding with just the 2 of us somewhere romantic and that's exactly what we got. In March this year we decided that we were going to bring our wedding forward by a year. We were keen on the Amalfi coast and had heard lots of good things about Ravello. After looking into Ravello and deciding it was the perfect location, we were recommended Wagner Tours via someone on Twitter...I'll have to find that person and thank them for the recommendation!When you think about getting married abroad, one of the main concerns is the hassle in ensuring the paperwork is correct, correct location, correct meal, flowers etc etc...Don't worry, Mario and Annamaria take all of this hassle away from you. They made it so easy for us and were extremely helpful throughout the whole processes. Wagner tours were a joy to deal with and also very nice people as well, which helps!The wedding day itself went off without a glitch (apart from a small panic with the wedding dress), hotel was great, flowers were great, Enrico doing the photography is really nice and helpful, the setting for the wedding was amazing, drinks in the square, the meal after..superb...come with an empty stomach!Ravello really is a beautiful place, the atmosphere there is also lovely, with really friendly people who live there and visit. We cant wait to go back soon! Another great thing worth mentioning with Ravello is its location. Although it is high up it is situated between lots of other places worth seeing such as Minori, Amalfi, Pompeii etc. Mario and the team were excellent in arranging trips out to these places and I would thoroughly recommend getting out and about while you are there. Its totally personal preference but I wouldn't bother staying in Naples if I was you. A big thank you at the whole team at Wagner for making our wedding perfect and completely hassle free, we really do appreciate everything. Hopefully we will be back soon once the baby is old enough to travel.

“My best wedding ever! (Villa Eva Ravello)” - Marielle and Brooke ( Netherlands). In 2014 I was proposed and we decided to get marry in Ravello. In June me met Mario from Wagner Tours and we decided that Wagner Tours could help us to settle everything for us. In the months before the wedding we had close email contact with the Wagner team ( Mario Capuano, Annamaria Stainao ) about the ceremony, food, drinks, DJ, make-up artist, photographer, wedding cake.... Wagner Tours took all the stress that normally comes with a wedding, away. Finally we married on June 20th 2015. I had no stress at all. My bridesmaids and me looked gorgeous (thanks to the hairdressers and makeup artist) and the wedding locations was perfect decorated. When planning the wedding the regular contact via email was great, and everything from the cake, music, flowers, menu's, boat, hair and transport was chosen this way making it pretty stress free. From Mario's first email, we could just tell he knew what he was talking about and was passionate about his job. He was so detailed in his email and extremely helpful. “Our amazing wedding in Ravello” We recently got married in Ravello in August the year. It was the most amazing day and was all thanks to Mario Capuano our wedding planner, Annamaria Staiano and Enrico Capuano our photographer. We had visited twice before our wedding and each time felt like we were already part of the Ravello family. All I can say is that Mario and Annamaria are superb in everything that they do. It's difficult when you live in a different country and you are trying to organise your wedding via e mail, but there was no need to worry. The contact via e mail from both Mario and Annamaria was exceptional. For both myself and my now husband and our guests, nothing was too much trouble. They both guided us through what should happen each month in the run upto the wedding to ensure we didn't leave ourselves with lots of last minute arrangements. We were kept up to date on costs and information so nothing ever came as a surprise. We organised a band from the UK to play for us and although we thought this may be quite difficult logistically, a couple of Skype calls and everything was soon sorted including any equipment we needed. From the Town Hall Garden to the venue for the wedding breakfast, the flowers, catering and everyone behind the scenes involved in our wedding preparation, we couldn't have asked for more. And that's not forgetting the pizza party the evening before which was a great success. “Our Wedding Day was perfect, BEST decision we have made!” Wagner tours wedding and weddings in Ravello were amazing from the outset. We recently returned from our wedding in Ravello organised by Mario Capuano of Wagner tours. The entire experience was made efficient and easy throughout, from the first contact to the wedding day itself. After initially outlining the small intimate wedding we wished for, Mario quickly used his vast knowledge and experience to suggest how he thought this could best be achieved and advised us on the legal and administrative procedures we would need to follow.We quickly set the ball in motion regarding the paperwork and in the meantime started to work with Mario on the details of the wedding. His extensive knowledge of the Ravello area was invaluable here, but you may expect this as Wagner tours are the only wedding planners in the town, a small intimate business working in the area they specialise! He offered suggestions but never pushed his own agenda including:Location of the eloping ceremony: We chose the Town Hall gardens ( Principessa di Piemonte) which overlooked the Amalfi coast – a perfect and beautiful setting. While these are public gardens, Mario and his team were very particular in ensuring that the ceremony was never encroached upon by the public, making our ceremony private and intimate. Flowers: I had my own ideas for the style of bouquet I wanted (and pin hole for my Husband). This was an arrangement style Mario had never used before, however this did not stop him from working with his expert florist to supply these despite the bouquet being different. Indeed, both the florist and Mario agreed these were a great match for the wedding and a style he would offer in the future. He listened to us and delivered! I could not stop looking at my flowers all day!Music: With only two of us at the wedding, we were not sure about whether to have music or not, but were very pleased to have followed Mario’s advice. We opted for his suggestion of two local guitar and Mandolin players (Tony and Claud) who would end up learning two new songs just for our day, which were delivered perfectly. We were absolutely over the moon to hear that Tony and Claud spent time learning a particular song for our day! Mario had previously explained that this couldn't be played due to them not knowing it, but, to our surprise it was played and made our day! - A beautiful touch - Thank you!! You can see all of his work on the internet, but his relaxed and friendly demeanour along with his fantastic photographic skills made us realise that, this too proved to be the scond best decision we'd made! Again, his local knowledge was superb, he knew many locations to shoot where out of town photographers would not even think to use - We are SUPER excited to see our photos from Enrico, we're grateful we were given the chance to have Enrico photograph our special day. He really is going places!! Dinner: Salvatore’s Tatore, the 7 course tasting menu was divine! A mix of local cuisine, with many fish courses was cooked and delivered in an outstanding location overlooking the beautiful coastline. Service and food was excellent and view was stunning. All in all a fantastic experience made easy by the superb Mario and amazing assistant Annamaria Staiano who’s enthusiasm and knowledge could not be beaten. We would highly recommend anyone wishing for an Amalfi wedding to use Wagner tours, particularly if planning on getting married in the beautiful town of Ravello! His assistant Annamaria Staiano is absolutely amazing and a really lovely person. She is so patient and helpful and really put my mind at ease. She decorated the tables exactly they way I wanted and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Enrico Capuano is a wonderful photographer. We are thrilled with our photos. He is so creative and professional and really chilled us out on the day. I highly recommend him. I highly recommend Adele as a makeup artist. I was really happy with my makeup on the day - She is a really lovely person. I was also thrilled with my hair which was done by Gerardo. We booked all our music through Mario. “wedding of Tony and Tracy Belli” After deciding on getting married in Italy, we were looking on the internet to decide where to go when we fell upon a beautiful village on the Amalfi coast called Ravello. We were going to organise our very small and intimate wedding ourselves (just the two of us and our mums), when we saw the reviews of Wagner Tours we decided to contact Mario. Mario Capuano and Anna Maria Staiano freed me from my nerves of getting married in another country and led us through the legal obligations without a single hitch.The day was perfect. It began with a recommended hairdresser Gerardo, who is very professional and a real character.When the photographer Enrico Capuano (Mario's son) and videographer Pier Canta arrived my mum and I were immediately put at ease. We were totally relaxed in their company. They were taking photographs but were also our guides, we just seemed to get where we were supposed to be when we were supposed to be there laughing and joking and talking the whole time. They are the perfect team with a real passion for what they do. We had a party the week after we arrived home and the guests were unhappy at the thought of not seeing our wedding photographs so Enrico very kindly put the raw unedited version on a USB drive for us to show our guests. I cant wait to see the edited version, I know it will be beautiful as the raw version is extremely good.I think we should also mention the guitar and mandolin players, Tony and Claud. They were always in the background and their beautiful music was so romantic and it would not have been the same without them. We highly recommend Wagner Tours for your wedding. '' Dream Wedding '' Dear readers, my name is Olga and this year I got married to the best man in the world in the best venue you could ever imagine. I'm originally from Russia and my husband is from the USA and we wanted to arrange our special day somewhere in between. I was searching for lots of places but one of our friends advised us to go to Ravello. Me and my husband have never been to Italy before, so it was rather challengeable to find the venue and to deal with all these arrangements on our own so we started searching for a wedding planner. I got in contact with several agencies and I can tell you the following- it's either super expensive or just very expensive and plus you have a feeling that you don't understand anything about payments. But thanks to trip advisor I found Wagner Tours wedding and weddings agency. Number one thing that we liked is a very detailed spreadsheet that included all the expenses and it was really cheaper then others and we felt like they really knew what they were doing. We skyped with Mario and he answered all our questions. Believe me we had lots of difficulties with all the paperwork that we dealt in the USA so we had lots of questions and we were not sure about the date so we had to postpone it several times and Mario adjusted everything very fast and really helped us with all that. We booked villa Eva...When we finally got to Ravello and I saw this villa for the first time I was crying because all the pictures that you might have seen are absolutely nothing to do with reality... Because in reality it's even more beautiful , truly like a fairy tale and way beyond your expectations!!! The view, the villa, the yard with flowers, tables, dining/reception area... You need to see that in person! Trust me.I had some problems with the hotel where I stayed but in several hours they fixed the problem and I finally got the room that I liked. Btw Wagner tours kindly gave us a free night in this hotel! The Wagner tours team was very pleasant and nice. They managed almost all my ideas and wishes.I would also like to say that Mario advised us a photographer who was really nice and we got a lot of pictures. He is young, easy going photographer who's name is Enrico. Capuano I felt relaxed and comfortable when he started working. I haven't seen them on the high quality in cd yet, but he sent me a link with low quality pictures so that I could look them through and I truly enjoyed them.there were lots of good shots. I'm still waiting for the video and hope I will like it too. As for the make up artist I also had Adele. Just to let you know - it's gonna be expensive to have a hair stylist and make up artist in Amalfi anyways! And don't feel uncomfortable with her prices cause her service is not more expensive than anywheres else in Amalfi. Actually it's cheaper than some other make up artists. I wasn't sure that I will take her, because I put my make up on by myself very well, but after my trial I realized that it worths it. She was really good.I'm generally very happy with my wedding of my dream. Mario and his team arranged beautiful reception area, called very good DJ for after reception party and all my friends were dancing like crazy because the dj had awesome playlist. Af course it's always hard to say that everything was absolutely perfect, but it's for me because I'm super demanding person.There were some small details that I didn't like, for example the music during the reception sometimes didn't start in time after people were making speeches. And another thing deals with my Russian roots. I got used to the fact that there is always a host in our weddings who manages the crowd and tell constantly people what is going on and what we gonna do next during the reception. I know that in American style people just have fun and do whatever they want. But I got lots of comments like "where are we going? Where and when should we do that and this" because that's what Russian guests expected. And the last thing was that I wanted sparklers and I couldn't transport them from Russia and I asked for them and expected that my guests will get them at the wedding. Mario managed to find them last minute but there were few of them and not everybody could have them. So I'm pretty sure that lots of people wouldn't mind to have them at their wedding so my advise is to buy lots of them in advance ;p. I think that's it as for the things that I wasn't too happy about. But you never remember that in the end! And personally us (me and my husband) we are very satisfied with the work of Wagnertours and we would like to thank them once again and wish them prosperity and good clients! We had the best wedding ever that we will never forget! I just wish We could repeat everything.

My family and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were great at communicating back and forth leading up to the wedding and meeting with us prior to the wedding to go over the details. I knew that planning a wedding from afar could potentially be very stressful, but it turned out to be so easy because of Mario's hard work. On the day of the wedding I was very concerned that our experience would be ruined because of thunderstorms, but they were absolutely fantastic in making sure that the wedding was still a success! Mario knew just what to do and I didn't have to worry at all while getting ready with my bridesmaids. Enrico Capuano ,our photographer, was a blast to hang out with and work with throughout the wedding. He knew just what to say to help calm my nerves when trying to make it over to the ceremony during the storm. We had a wonderful time wandering through Ravello in the rain and making memories that will last forever.Mario, Annamaria, and Enrico we just want to say a huge thank you for all your help and support in making our wedding day amazing. “Michelle and Dave's Wedding” After months of searching for the ideal wedding venue in the UK we decided to look further afield and searched the web for wedding planners in Italy. We visited Mario Capuano and his assistant Annamaria Staiano in 2013 as he had fantastic reviews on trip advisor. Mario spent the morning with us showing us venues etc, this prompted us to make the decision to use his service for our wedding 2 years later. Throughout the 2 years his team kept in touch and even prompted us when we forgot to do something! Mario also assisted in arranging accommodation, transportation for our guests, floral arrangements, hairdressers and photographs by Enrico Capuano and his assistant Gianni Coppola. Now to the big day, we exchanged our vows in the town hall gardens overlooking the Amalfi coast and then proceeded (escorted by mandalin and guitar players) to the town square where we were served cocktails and canapés. We then moved on to the fantastic Villa Eva for the reception where our guests were overwhelmed by the venue and views. A 5 course dinner was served and then onto the disco until 2.30am. Overall Wagner Tours made our day a pleasure for us and our guests, we cannot thank them enough.

“The Best Week of Our Lives!” With Mario, Enrico and Annamaria. When my partner and I got engaged, we instantly knew that we wanted to get married abroad. We went straight to travel agents to get information and felt completely overwhelmed by the choices, arrangements, legal procedures and prices! We knew that Italy was a forerunner for the location of the wedding and so I randomly googled ‘Places to get married in Italy.’ I was absolutely amazed by the sights of Ravello and knew that the coast line HAD to be the backdrop to our ceremony. I search for wedding planners in Ravello and immediately, Wagner Tours popped up. Mario has a lot of different options for venue, florist, hair, makeup, etc. and always provides a spreadsheet with breakdown of costs each time a decision is made. We will be using Enrico Capuano, as our photographer largely because of the huge body of incredible work we’ve been able to see online. The thing that I really want to stress is how amazingly stunning Ravello is. You don’t need a big extravagant venue for your celebration as you may do in England (or elsewhere!) because the amazing views and traditional feel of the town are superb. Every single guest went away happy from our wedding and I even sneakily overheard a few saying that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to!Our wedding dream would not have been possible with the amazing Mario and Annamaria. They made us feel at home in Ravello straight away and I cannot wait to get back there for our anniversary, not only to be in Ravello, but also to see them! “Wonderful Wedding Celebration in Ravello” Richard and Boe . Mario Capuano, Annamaria Staiano and the rest of their team helped us put on a perfect weekend for our Wedding party in June 2015. We fell in love with Ravello and decided to have our wedding in the town. Arranging a wedding abroad can be a difficult task but Mario was always quick to reply to our emails and many questions, kindly repeating himself when we had forgotten details! We had 80+ people at Villa Maria, which was gorgeous and needs little added to it to make it look beautiful. The food was absolutely amazing and incredibly impressive by "wedding food" standards. We used Enrico Capuano as our photographer. Enrico takes his work seriously and has a good eye and made us feel relaxed in front of the camera. In the run up to our special day, Mario and Annamaria also helped us to organise a "Pizza Party" welcome evening which was great fun and also a day trip to Positano. We'd give Wagner Tours 6 stars if we could.

“Wagner Tours the best wedding planners in Italy ” In our experience it’s not often that your dreams are made into realty but in the hands of Mario Capuano and Anna-Maria Staiano from Wagner Tours it is possible. We started planning our wedding a year before and reviewing many countries before deciding on Italy as our wedding destination. Without an exact location in mind we then searched wedding planners in Italy and quickly came across Wagner Tours, ran by Mario Capuano and his assistant Annamaria Staiano. From the website and the first few email correspondences with Mario and Annamaria it was easy to see how professional they both were and how committed they were to providing us with the wedding we have dreamed of. Mario also provided up front all the wedding day options and the practical costs which were easy to understand but he also provided advice based on his many years of wedding planning experience and on our requirements. So based on our correspondences over many months we decided to get married in Ravello using Wagner Tours. Over the subsequent months Mario & Annamaria went through every little detail to meet our needs while also continuing to remain practical based on their experience.On arriving to Italy a few days before our wedding we met up with Mario in his office it was great to finally met, he is such a friendly person. After the legal requirements were quickly out of the way, he walked us around Ravello. Ravello itself is a lovely town with many places to eat, drink and shop but most of all Mario walked to the different places we would be during our Wedding day. Starting with the small outdoors café ‘Caffer’ a short two minutes walk to the wedding venue, the wedding venue itself, the drinks reception in the main square at ‘Bar “il pan no” afterwards and finally the restaurant “Salvatore”. It didn’t take us long to visit all the venues but this greatly helped us actually see what we with Mario’s assistance had planned those many months ago.On that first day we also found out that Mario’s own son, Enrico Capuano was our Photographer for the big day and eventhou this son has his own business it was great that two parts of the Capuano family were going to be part of our wedding day.The day itself was amazing, in the capable hands of Mario & Annamaria it was everything we had dreamed of and even more than we could of expected. Everything was planned perfectly and as a result we had no issues the whole time but it was a great comfort to know Mario & Annamaria were on-hand if and when needed so we could just focus on the big day, relax and enjoy the day with our friends and family. The other big part of the wedding day was the photographs and eventhou most of our family members had their own cameras we have left the professional photos in the hands of Enrico Capuano. From the first time we met Enrico he was just like his dad; professional, polite and friendly. It’s sometimes not comfortable standing, seating, posing for photos but Enrico’s relaxed, friendly and professional personality makes you feel very as ease. Many times during the day he would show us a quick example of some photos which he had just taken, which helps us understand the type of shots he was taking and this only helped to relax us more. Mario & his team always inspired confidence in their knowledge and understanding of the day, the venues, even the weather!They all exuded an air of calm helping to make the arrangements and the day a fun and exciting experience bereft of stress and worry. “Our Italian Fairytale Wedding” by Arani and AyRan ( Uk ) We had our wedding last week and it was a dream. I had 9 months to arrange my wedding and we wanted it in Italy. We had contacted a few planners but Mario's response was fast and the prices were definitely competitive. I think its better to go with a planner who is local to the area! Mario Capuano helped with arranging my guests accommodation which was a great help. We never visited Villa Eva and to be honest we did not need to. The villa is spectacular and the way it was decorated was superb. The villa is much nicer than the photos online!! Mario and his team did a sterling job from start to finish. I took on board his advice as he has been doing this for a long time. When we got to Ravello, Mario and Annamaria Staiano went over and above to make sure our day was brilliant. Annamaria got bubbles for my little flowergirls and make sure my table decorations were perfect. They are both very hands on and helped me with all the details of the day. Enrico Capuano the photographer was a delight to work with. He made me feel at ease on the day and worked well with my little flowergirls. His work is so creative and I cannot wait to see the finished product. I cannot recommend Mario, Annamaria, Enrico and the team enough. They are wonderful and my wedding day was amazing. If you are looking for a glamorous venue for you and your guests look no further. When I visited Ravello last October I interviewed a few wedding planners. When I met Mario Capuano and his photographer son Enrico Capuano I knew they were the ones for us. Mario and Enrico had incredible knowledge of Ravello and they thought about every thing including the after-party for our guests and suggestions for great suppliers in the area.Mario is not like the others, he works on big city time, not 'italy time' he responds quickly to emails and is always open and honest about logistics. Mario will try his best to make your dreams come true. Mario was the point of contact for all our guests for hotels, transfers and tours... every one was very pleased with his work. Mario is effervescent and knows everyone in the business which helped as I was a very hands on bride and decided to have very different elements to my wedding. Enrico is an absolute pleasure. DO NOT BOOK ANOTHER PHOTOGRAPHER. Enrico is YOUR MAN! Enrico is talented and calm and knows Ravello like the back of his hand. He knew the angles we were after and was aware of the things i didnt like about myself and was conscious of them... and i cannot wait to see the finished product. Annamaria Staiano is an absolute pleasure, her smile will put you at ease. She too is great and if im honest the whole team at Wagner was great. There were some small hiccups as with all weddings but none which were the fault of Mario and his team. Every one says their wedding was the best, but ours truly was and we couldnt have done it without Mario and his team.

We chose Mario as our wedding planner for a number of reasons - the testimonials on the website, the transparency of costs, the quick and straightforward response to our initial enquiry and the competitive prices. Mario guided us through the legal process, advising which forms to complete and when. He prompted us at the appropriate time when we needed to book things - flowers, photography, restaurant etc. He offered many options to make our wedding as perfect as possible but was never pushy and we didn't have to pay him for anything at all until we arrived in Italy. The photography was carried out by Enrico Capuano, who was a delight. He made us feel completely at ease and has great knowledge of Ravello, taking us to some lovely spots for our photos. The people of Ravello were very welcoming too, which made our day even more special.Mario also arranged a beautiful table for us at Tatore restaurant, with a fantastic 8 course 'festival of the chef' menu, which was delicious. A mix of local cuisine, with many fish courses was cooked and delivered in an outstanding location overlooking the beautiful coastline. Service and food was excellent and view was stunning. Overall we would have no hesitation in recommending Mario Capuano to anyone planning a wedding in the area.

So you can imagine how imperative it was when planning a spring wedding in Ravello, to find someone who is okay with a lot of hand-holding. A wedding planner was recommended to me by a friend and I started working with them, only to find that their vendor partners weren’t the right fit for us. I took to the internet to research alternatives, and Mario Capuano at Wagner Tours came up again and again and again. I reached out to him in email and his response was almost immediate. We’ve been working with him ever since and I couldn’t be happier with my Plan B :) Mario has a lot of different options for venue, florist, hair, makeup, etc. and always provides a spreadsheet with breakdown of costs each time a decision is made.
